The Fan & Pad System is an advanced climate-control solution designed for poly houses to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels, especially during high summer temperatures. Based on the principle of evaporative cooling, this system creates a controlled growing environment that supports healthy plant growth, improved crop quality and higher productivity.

In this system, cellulose cooling pads (wet walls) are installed on one side of the poly house, while high-capacity exhaust fans are positioned on the opposite side. As the fans operate, fresh outside air is drawn through the water-saturated cooling pads, where the air is naturally cooled before entering the structure. Simultaneously, warm air inside the poly house is expelled through the exhaust fans, creating a continuous circulation of cool, fresh air throughout the growing area.

This efficient airflow system helps maintain a uniform climate inside the structure, reducing heat stress and creating favorable conditions for crop development even under extreme weather conditions.
